CLINICAL MANAGER – Private Duty and Skilled Home Care Agency

NORTHEAST CLINICAL SERVICES, INC. is a certified Massachusetts home care agency established in 2003. We provide skilled and private duty nursing to medically complex pediatric and adult patients throughout Massachusetts. We are seeking a full time experienced home care manager to join our team of professionals in providing specialized services to and advocating for our patients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in case management and home care experience.  You are an advocate for patients and members of your nursing team.  You are good at strategic thinking and problem solving through quality customer service.  You have had previous supervisory experience and a good working knowledge of health care regulations. 

As a RN in Massachusetts you will need the following:

• B.S. degree in nursing preferred
• 2-4 years in a clinical coordinator or management position
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and coordinate/oversee patient care
• Ability to work well with others
• Excellent clinical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to high quality patient care
• Knowledge of clinical/quality improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of home care regulations

Requires on-call duties and occasional travel to patient homes within Massachusetts
