CLINICAL COORDINATOR – Private Duty and Skilled Home Care Agency

NORTHEAST CLINICAL SERVICES, INC. is a certified Massachusetts home care agency established in 2003. We provide skilled and private duty nursing to medically complex pediatric and adult patients throughout Massachusetts. We are seeking an experienced home care coordinator to join our team of professionals in providing specialized services to and advocating for our patients.

As a RN in Massachusetts you will need the following:

• B.S. degree in nursing preferred
• 2-4 years in a clinical coordinator or management position
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and coordinate/oversee patient care
• Ability to work well with others
• Excellent clinical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to high quality patient care
• Knowledge of clinical/quality improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of home care regulations

Requires on-call duties and occasional travel to patient homes within Massachusetts
